What is PolicyPulse?
PolicyPulse is an econometric policy simulation, stress-testing, and multilateral benchmark intelligence platform. It projects a policy proposal or statutory text across six institutional dimensions, maps it against the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals, stress-tests it under fiscal shock scenarios, tracks the live legislative record it sits within, and calibrates its likely effectiveness against a given country's institutional capacity — before a single clause is enacted.
The goal is not to automate policy judgment, but to give researchers and advisory teams a faster, evidence-linked first pass at trade-offs that usually only surface after enactment.
